assertSnapshot (and Snapshottable.snapshot) gain a style parameter:
pass .light/.dark to render appearance-independently instead of
inheriting the simulator's current appearance. Defaults to .unspecified,
so existing call sites are unchanged. A layout pass after setting the
override ensures traits are applied before the first render.
