Kudzu 0.10.0 begins the application capability release train with a durable greenfield project-management contract.

Highlights:

  • Tracked /login, /app/projects, and /help routes plus a machine-readable capability contract.
  • Existing primitive state command and direct text output, with no new compiler pass, semantic primitive, or runtime concept.
  • Required-Chrome interaction coverage and a static /help route that emits 0 B JavaScript.
  • A capability-by-minor, evidence-packet-by-patch plan through the 1.0.0 application and AI delivery gate.
  • create-kudzu@0.1.104 generates projects using @kudzujs/core@^0.10.0.

Validation: npm run check, all 273 tests on Node 22 and Node 24/required Chrome, package smoke, tarball inspection, and CI pass.

This release does not claim project CRUD, authentication, server data, shared layout state, or a complete large application. Those remain ordered capability packets beginning with 0.10.1.
