Kudzu 0.11.2 reviews the project application, TanStack Query-shaped loading, and Apache Answer/SWR-shaped loading. All three remain correctly expressed by one explicit owner, ordinary state, native fetch, and existing effect invalidation; none proves a repeated need for same-key request subscribers or retained cache semantics.

No semantic primitive, compiler pass, runtime concept, request registry, subscriber graph, cache, or browser byte was added.
