Kudzu 0.16.14 adds a repository-owned protocol and runner for equal-condition, fully retained Kudzu and React+Vite delivery attempts.
- Pins model, tools, prompt, budgets, adapter, starters, acceptance, and paired order.
- Preserves raw failures, final source, browser artifacts, hashes, and token/cost/tool/file/build metrics.
- Includes failed attempts in total cost per successful task.
- Adds no compiler pass, runtime concept, dependency, or browser byte.
- Updates create-kudzu to 0.1.139.
