Kudzu 0.16.18 makes the AI delivery evidence boundary fail closed before the production-shaped 0.21.4 comparison.

  • Requires a recorded raw attribution trace before an attempt can count as successful.
  • Retains missing-trace results as incomplete failures with no unsupported per-success cost claim.
  • Adds no semantic primitive, compiler pass, runtime concept, application API, dependency, or application browser byte.
  • Updates create-kudzu to 0.1.143 with @kudzujs/core@^0.16.18.
  • Claims no framework ranking; the five-task 0.21.4 comparison remains active.
