Publishes the corrected five-task 0.21.4 AI delivery comparison and records that the 1.0 gate failed: Kudzu completed 11/25 attributable successes versus React + Vite at 24/25. The invalid first batch is retained and excluded, one unattributed timeout remains incomplete, and both aggregate failure-inclusive cost claims are unavailable. The raw evidence archive includes both batches. No compiler, runtime, public API, dependency, generated behavior, or browser-byte change.
