Kudzu 0.16.24 - Imported Article Search And Benchmark Integrity

Compiles the original authored imported-article search aliases and counts through existing semantics, with byte-identical JavaScript to the inlined control. Adds regression coverage and r4 benchmark lifecycle integrity for future runs: atomic partial traces, bounded incremental output, setup-inclusive deadlines, owned process-tree termination, and incomplete timeout attribution. Historical raw evidence is preserved; no fresh AI performance claim is made. Windows termination remains untested. Includes create-kudzu@0.1.149 targeting @kudzujs/core@^0.16.24. Local check, required-Chrome standalone ownership plus 308 tests, package smoke, both pack dry-runs, and exact-commit Node 22/24 CI passed.
