- Adds generic README and public build guidance distinguishing successful compilation from browser and accessibility verification. Binding comments and inert templates make raw HTML matching/tag stripping unreliable for rendered text; use bounded checks, reject missing/truncated evidence as passes, and rerun affected checks after edits.
- Documents optional inspect JSON and exact-route explain JSON as rebuilding compiler/artifact reports, including hooks and output emission, not mandatory post-build steps or browser/accessibility proof.
- Adds a build-success hint linking to https://kudzujs.cloud/docs#build, suppressed for failed, quiet, and JSON builds. Tests verify byte-identical fixture artifacts.
- Preserves prior npm internal-document exclusions. No compiler semantics, runtime behavior, browser JavaScript, API, or dependency change; the sole framework edit is +3 net console LOC.
- Updates create-kudzu to 0.1.152, generating @kudzujs/core@^0.16.27.
Evidence And Limits
Historical r8 on released 0.16.26 remains Kudzu 23/25 versus React + Vite 24/25 across 50 attributable attempts. All Kudzu outputs pass acceptance; two content attempts exceed input budgets and one unchanged React CRUD output fails acceptance. These are not measurements of this guidance. No measured token benefit, new benchmark, rescoring, or sandbox claim; 1.0.0 remains blocked.
Validation
Sequential local check (227 pages, 2 interactive), required-Chrome standalone ownership 1/1 plus 315/315 tests with no skips, standalone packed-package smoke, and both pack dry runs pass.
