Kudzu 0.8.21 completes the Goal A EffectIR source-analysis seam.

  • Records JSON-safe setup HandlerIR, cleanup, ordered dependencies, component/keyed ownership, source provenance, and Worker edges.
  • Removes transformer-wide effect AST side tables and build-wide mutable Worker references.
  • Preserves route lifecycle allocation, emitted artifacts, accepted syntax, and public APIs.
  • Passes 170 tests, Node 22 CI, packed starter smoke, output parity, and performance gates.
