Kudzu 0.8.38 replaces serialized route-output searches and parallel route facts with one validated RouteBuildRecord artifact graph.\n\n- Handler, effect, Worker, CSS, package-client, and chunk retention follows structural per-route edges.\n- Deploy output remains byte-identical: 173 files, 3,835,970 raw bytes, and unchanged plan/runtime artifacts.\n- Passes 200 tests, the 153-page repository build, and package smoke validation.\n- P0.12 deep RouteIR and CapabilityIR validation is next.\n\nSee RELEASES.md and PERFORMANCE.md for the complete record.
