Kudzu 0.9.3 adds evidence-backed large-application migration slices derived from Apache Answer while retaining static-first output and fail-closed package boundaries.

Highlights:

  • Exact static React Router useMatch() folding and composed query fallbacks.
  • Native React Bootstrap Row/Col lowering with static grid spans.
  • Owned data effects plus authentication build intake, route-shell, authoring, and admin fixtures.
  • Actionable runtime react-i18next diagnostics instead of silent locale folding.
  • No new runtime concepts; static sibling routes remain JavaScript-free.

Validation: npm run check, all 272 tests, package smoke, and Node 22/24 CI pass.

This is not a complete Apache Answer migration. Runtime i18n, rich editor ownership, upload progress, broader Bootstrap compounds, plugins, AI screens, and all-route acceptance remain separate gates.
