⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• release: v2 — in-process extraction, opencode.json configuration,
  unified store. The shell wrapper, the opencode-memory CLI and every
  OPENCODE_MEMORY_* environment variable are gone; configure the plugin
  through opencode.json and pin "opencode-claude-memory@2". See the
  README section "Migrating from v1".
