Permission boundary: OBSERVE/PROPOSE; Dossier does not grant rights, consent, approval, or verification from URLs alone. Verified with 12 Kujo tests, doctor, diff checks, and offline fixtures using Kujo 1.0.1. Hosted providers are optional and not required.
