kujo-skills v0.7.0

Kujo Skills v0.7.0 adds reusable video production skills to the official 135-skill distribution.

• kujo-release-video: the fixed trust-at-speed release film preset.
• kujo-video-styles: ten launch and release styles, with per-style ElevenLabs voice defaults and caller overrides.
• Complete templates, shared motion components, licensed assets, routing fixtures, and isolated installation checks.
• VideoOps media execution references now use the canonical kujo-agents/videoops/tools runtime.

Install both video skill folders together. Invoke $kujo-release-video or $kujo-video-styles as usual. Finished film projects remain in kujo-hyperframes.

Validation: all 135 skills validated; 35 Python video tests, shared motion checks, import hashes, and temporary-profile installation passed locally and in GitHub Actions. Workcell container execution remains blocked by the local host's missing AppArmor support; the verified blocker record and equivalent offline proof are committed. No live provider calls were made for this release.
