GrokBestFriend 1.3.0

Design Intelligence catalog foundation plus bounded retrieval inside Impeccable new-work.

Shipped

  • Local catalog engine under lib/design_intelligence/ and vendor/design-intelligence/
  • CLI: python3 scripts/design-intelligence.py
  • Impeccable is the only owner. Narrow refinement skips retrieval. Established worlds retrieve structure only. Greenfield or explicit redesign may retrieve at most five systems and three structures.
  • Search never opens packages (packages_loaded_during_search = 0)
  • ZIP specialists, recipes, stubs, and community plugins stay data, not activated skills
  • Two banks stay separate: GROK_DESIGN_BANK (~/Design) vs GROK_DESIGN_INTELLIGENCE_BANK (~/DesignIntelligence)
  • Install packages the engine. The bank is still missing/DEGRADED until v1.3.1
