It continues to be available for order via Lulu.com via the links on the order page. Note that the PDF was published before the tag was created, so the revision information in the printed books shows "v1.0rc2-77-gcc69923" instead of "v1.0rc3". The PDF attached to this release shows "v1.0rc3" instead.
