Wire status as a header-only expected library and migrate unit tests under tests/expected using kmcmake_cc_test.
Replace the template/kmpkg-deps path with kumo::Status and Result (inline 8-byte encoding, macros, tests), document agent entrypoints, and run x-ci workflows on push/PR to dev.
Alpine GCC does not pull unique_ptr transitively; include <memory> so CI builds.
Point GitHub Actions at master push/PR; set PROJECT_VERSION to 0.5.5 for the v0.5.5 release tag.
