Follow-up to v0.1.0. Local leftover branches can now be SAFE in two extra cases, and clean only asks about branches it will actually delete.

Abandoned after you delete the remote
You created a branch, pushed it, then deleted it on GitHub because you no longer need it. If local HEAD still matches the last fetched SHA (no extra local commits):
