v0.18.0: understand each build's cache misses

Kache 0.18.0 gives each build its own view in the monitor. Inspect its compiler activity, compile time saved and cache misses while other builds keep running.

Install or update:

cargo install kache --locked --version 0.18.0

Highlights

• Select a build and press Enter to open the new Why tab, which replaces Passthrough. Cache failures, changed inputs and recorded dependency cascades are grouped by cause. #981
• Pause with p to inspect activity, then resume without losing events recorded during the pause. Scrolling back keeps the rows you are reading steady as new events arrive. #980

To record dependency details for future builds, set explain_miss = true under [cache]. Explanations use the loaded event history; --since narrows that history.

Fixes

• Ctrl+C now exits the monitor. Previously, it could clear the Build events instead. #980
• Oversized v3 remote entries are rejected before extraction. Each compressed download is limited to 8 GiB; the build recompiles if an entry exceeds that limit. #979
