Native 3-tier link resolution: pins kura cli >=0.0.27 / docs >=0.0.49 and wires KURA_REPO_ROOT + KURA_SOURCE_MAP so the copied build tree maps back to the checkout. Authored links to files that exist in the repo but not on the site (pruned docs, the root README, source files) now rewrite to exact-sha blob URLs, on every surface incl. the .md projections. The sed pre-fix remains this release as a belt; it retires next.
