Add colour order to formula

Now the GUI and Command Line can understand formulae like:
gyrb+x+3241+2413=yrbg

For those who are familiar with the command line, download the light-weight CI version. For those who are more comfortable with the Graphical User Interface, download the GUI version. Note that the GUI version also supports full formula inputs.
