First release.
fpkg2ftp unpacks a PS5 fPKG straight onto a jailbroken console over FTP, as a game folder in /data/homebrew/<title id>, without writing the game to the local disk.
- Reads the package's inner image block by block (PS5 UltraPack's
InnerImageover LibProsperoPkg 1.2.0) and uploads each file as it is decoded. The result matchesffpfsc-pkg-tool extract-innerbyte for byte. - A second run picks up where the first stopped: files already at the right size are skipped, shorter ones are resumed with
APPE, anything else is uploaded again. - A dropped connection is retried without stopping the run (
--retries, default 5).
Binaries are self-contained, no .NET needed:

Tested: the macOS build end to end against a PS5 (FW 13.42, ftpsrv), with the uploaded files checked by SHA-256; the Linux builds read and list a test package on Debian 12. The Windows build was not run. No Intel Mac build: the macOS x64 binary is stopped by the system when it decrypts ("loading libcrypto in an unsafe way").
Only PS5 packages are read, not PS4 ones.
