Simple selfbot written using discord-self.py library. I might add more functionality and update it.
Oneliner to set everything up:
git clone https://github.com/kvnspncr/simple-selfbot/ && cd simple-selfbot/ && chmod +x setup.sh && ./setup.sh
note you will still need to add your user token!
