Release v0.1.0

Changes since v0.0.3:

Adds cancellation support for Codex runs

This commit introduces cancellable Codex execution and wires that capability through the extension and logical commits webview. It includes the process-level cancellation handling, the new stop action in the UI, and the extension-side error/status handling so the full workflow behaves consistently when a user aborts a run.

Adds untracked file support to diff collection

This commit teaches the Git and planning services to include untracked files when building diff context and changed-file lists. It adds the lower-level process helper needed to tolerate expected non-zero exit codes and threads the new option through commit message generation and logical commit planning. The small root-level test note belongs here because it was added to exercise the new untracked-file handling.

Updates extension defaults for logical commits

This commit adds the new workspace setting that controls whether untracked files are included by default and wires that preference through the extension command handlers. It also adjusts the logical-commits command flow so the panel opens with the configured defaults instead of forcing the staged scope. The package contribution updates belong here because they define the command label and configuration surface consumed by the extension.

Adds untracked file controls to the logical commits webview

This commit updates the logical-commits webview contract, markup, styling, and client-side state to expose an Include untracked files checkbox. It preserves the selected toggle state across generations and includes the flag in webview messages sent back to the extension. Grouping the TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS changes together keeps the full UI behavior in one reviewable unit.
