• Herd strip — every agent at a glance, across every project. The tab strip's agent
  pills are now individual glyph chips, one per open agent: ⏸ blocked (needs your
  input), ▶ working, ✓ done, ○ idle — with the agent's title, sorted so blocked agents
  come first. Click a chip to jump straight to it; more than six collapse into a +N
  chip that opens the full Agent dashboard.
  Presence labels across the app (tab dots, dashboard rows) now use the same shared
  vocabulary — blocked / working / done / idle — instead of raw internal state names.
