Print a table showing when your masternode will get paid
Requires a working dash-cli in your PATH.
Change the list of masternode protx hashes in the MASTERNODES array.
Handles the 4k MN type and accounts for 4 payments to them.
Note an update will be required again upon activation of Evo when 4K nodes will once again only be paid once per cycle.
