Run402 4.15.0 adds the Buzz community control plane without requiring any change to Buzz itself.

What shipped:

  • Typed SDK support for Buzz status, human adoption, community installation, agent enrollment, approvals, denials, and revocation.
  • Goal-shaped run402 buzz CLI workflows with explicit lifecycle and recovery guidance.
  • MCP read surfaces and OpenClaw integration that preserve the credential boundary.
  • A Run402-owned Buzz integration package using only existing Nostr/Buzz primitives.
  • Clean compatibility detection and the existing org-of-one fallback when the gateway capability is unavailable.

The authority model is explicit: skill installation is inert, community installation links a Buzz community to a Run402 organization, human adoption adds the Buzz owner as a Run402 human owner while retaining the bootstrap agent, and every additional Buzz agent receives its own principal with bounded project grants.

Buzz remains unchanged.
