Verification-only commands now identify themselves correctly, and CLI version diagnostics refresh after an installation change.

  • run402 up verify reports mode: "verify" and read_only: true. It retains dry_run: false because HTTP probes actually run; it does not deploy.
  • Doctor refreshes a cached registry observation when the installed CLI version changes, even within the cache TTL. An installed version ahead of the registry observation reports unknown currency and never recommends a downgrade. Failed refreshes retain the last known observation with provenance.
  • Runtime-config documentation explains that equivalent ES256 JWT claims can have different signatures; compare project_id and api_base for project identity.
  • Documentation consistently describes the three payment rails and includes the docs sitemap/homepage link updates.

Published together: run402, @run402/sdk, and run402-mcp. No gateway or CloudFront deployment is required.
