• Separated reusable application source from deployment-specific routes, resource identifiers, schedules, secrets, operator content, and media.
• Added guarded self-hosting configuration, fresh-environment D1 migrations, Worker type checks, Wrangler dry-runs, and public-safe deployment guidance.

Validation

• Release source reviewed and merged in PR #17.
• GitHub Actions CI passed for the fixed release commit.
• 83 Vitest files and 825 tests passed at release review.
