What

PR #103 landed LedgerLog on PeriscopeCore, but Ledger/LedgerCore/AGENTS.md and README.md still described LogKit and an OSLog subsystem. The final merge commit on the Ledger branch even claimed these docs were updated, but the LedgerCore files weren't touched in that merge.

This brings the module docs in line with the code and with WhereCore's Periscope wording.

Changes

  • Ledger/LedgerCore/AGENTS.md — dependency list: LogKitPeriscopeCore
  • Ledger/LedgerCore/README.md — intro mentions logging through Periscope via LedgerLog; public API entry describes the Periscope facade (root scope + grouping scopes) instead of LogKit/subsystem

Verification

Documentation-only change; no tests run.
