This app was built as my final capstone project at a full-stack coding bootcamp. I wanted to combine my experience in real estate with my new skills in software development to build something practical, visually clean, and expandable.

FinSight centralizes your real estate data into one clean, intuitive platform—offering a clear view of your portfolio’s performance and property details.
- 🏠 Properties Tab: Swipe through your real estate portfolio in a carousel. Each property pulls live images and displays details like value, rent, and mortgage balance.
- 📊 Investments Tab: Mock investment data visualized with charts to simulate future financial integration.
- 📋 Overview Tab: Summary of all your assets and metrics for a snapshot of your portfolio.

- Google Maps Street View: Dynamically displays property images based on address
- RentCast: Provides real-time property valuations, rental estimates, and historical trends
- OpenAI: (In development) Will power conversational insights, smart financial analysis, and personalized recommendations across your portfolio
- 🤖 AI Insights: OpenAI-powered assistant for answering financial questions (UI scaffolding complete).
- 📄 CSV & Statement Uploads: Upload brokerage, tax, and credit card data for analysis.
