OpenDPD 2.4.0 brings a local MATLAB toolbox, MATLINK and the Python SDK into the same PA/DPD workflow as Studio.
- Train a PA/DPD pair with
opendpd.fit, export portable models that run in plain MATLAB, generate standalone Simulink/MATLAB Coder classes, and verify fixed-point packages against their golden vectors. - Two versioned LTE EVM/ACLR profiles pass all 115 registered digital comparisons against real MATLAB R2026a at the original tolerances. The original v1 failure record is preserved. These results establish agreement for the registered signals, not 3GPP conformance or RF hardware validation.
- Existing Arena source fingerprints and its 23 model entries / 233 sealed cases are retained. Windows source/report handling and clock-independent hosted tests are covered.
- Independent human or agent review is supported; merged commits record contributors and reviewers. All 16 required check contexts passed for the release PR, including real MATLAB cross-validation, and both platform toolbox jobs passed.
Install the Python package (in an existing .venv):
uv pip install --python .venv --upgrade "opendpd==2.4.0" --torch-backend=auto
uv run --no-project --python .venv opendpd guiDownload OpenDPD-2.4.0.mltbx below for MATLAB; verify it against SHA256SUMS. The toolbox is distributed through this GitHub release. MATLAB R2026a is verified; other releases and hardware limitations are documented.

The toolbox and attached numerical report were produced by the Linux MATLAB job for this release source. The report records all 115 cases and their source/input hashes.
Hosted rollout verified
The hosted Studio, public API, VM runtime and pinned CUDA worker are now at 2.4.0 from the release source. Real public CUDA PA training, DPD training and waveform inference passed, alongside spectra, reports, export downloads and cross-session denial. Desktop and narrow browser layouts passed with no JavaScript errors. Test sessions were cleaned up; rollback source/runtime/image pins are retained. See the attached deployment-verification.json for workflow and review references.
