UI

• Frontend rebuilt from MUI Joy to React 19 + Tailwind CSS v4 + shadcn/ui, styled to the lab34 brand guidelines — IBM Plex Sans/Mono (self-hosted, works offline), bone/ink/brass palette with brass kept to strokes and small marks, carbon panels for terminal surfaces, light and dark themes, square corners, «34» monogram favicon traced from the Plex Mono glyphs
• All console pages redesigned: Providers, API keys, Usage, Guardrails, Playground and Login
• Playground gets a terminal-style streaming chat; Usage gets stat tiles and cleaner filters
• Destructive actions now confirm in a dialog instead of the browser confirm(); theme preference persists with system fallback

Fixed

• PR CI now lints and builds the frontend before go test — required by the go:embed of frontend/dist, which previously made PR checks impossible to pass
• Stray Go packages shipped inside node_modules (e.g. flatted) no longer dilute the Go coverage total — this had silently failed the 0.3.0 image publish, so ghcr had been stale since 0.2.0
