• Add update check function: checks if you are using the newest version while launching. (#77)
• Update check can be avoided by creating file .no_update_check under the same directory of executable file.
• Add command version used to check current version. (#78)

Note: You need to download help.txt & lang.json and put it into the same directory of the interpreter, no matter whether you are using Windows or Linux version.
