Stop labeling custom OpenAI-compatible endpoints as "OpenAI".

Codex treats the provider display name "OpenAI" as Remote Compaction V2. Compatible upstreams do not return a compaction item, so auto-compact fails fatally when CODEX_GATEWAY_OPENAI_BASE_URL is set.

Change

When CODEX_GATEWAY_OPENAI_BASE_URL is set, the injected Codex provider is now openai-custom / OpenAI-compatible. The HTTP/SSE API is unchanged from 1.0.0. Unset custom URL still uses true OpenAI.
