• pdf-text <slug> <audit-index> workflow command to print extracted audit report text from _debug/rootdata.json for targeted audit repair.

• Claude subprocess watchdog default is now 15 minutes, with shorter examples for R1/R2 stage overrides.
• Audit schema audits.items cap increased from 30 to 100 entries.
• Batch crawls now commit each successful slug after R2, normalization, and post-processing, so killing a later batch no longer strands completed records as untracked files.

• Preflight dirty-slug checks no longer trigger rollback cleanup, avoiding data loss before a write actually starts.
• Member avatar normalization now preserves existing/manual avatar URLs before RootData and Unavatar fallbacks.
• Member avatar downloads now continue through the Unavatar source chain when a prior source fails to fetch.
• Normalization removes stale gaps when the current record already has a concrete value for that entity field.
• No-i18n recrawls clear stale translation artifacts before post-processing and do not recommit stale record.full.json / record.import.json translations.
• pdf-text now fails on report URL mismatch instead of printing unrelated extracted report text.
• The out browser marks missing translated full artifacts as stale instead of silently showing an empty preferred artifact.
• Placeholder member one-liners now catch short role-only values such as team member and Founder.
• Schema length validation errors now include the JSON path, current length, value preview, and truncation guidance.
