Changed

  • Align dashboard import i18n locale keys with the provided dashboard catalog, preserving regional variants such as en-us, fr-fr, ja-jp, ko-kr, hi-in, it-it, th-th, and uk-ua.
  • Add Arabic (ar) to the configured i18n locale catalog.
  • Make the i18n workflow command incremental by default: existing translations are preserved, missing sidecars can be restored from record.full.json, and only missing requested locales are translated unless --force is passed.
  • Reject unknown workflow i18n locales before stage/post-processing and keep per-protocol summary.tsv i18n counts current after incremental updates.
