Replace per-frame requestAnimationFrame flush with interval-based batch
flush in useQueryStream. Dashboard flushes every 5s (synced with chart
heartbeat), queries page every 2s. Fixes live chart bucket window to
cover the full heartbeat interval so no data is lost between ticks.

Bump version to 0.5.1.
