Pappice v0.16.0

Pappice v0.16.0 adds a private browser demo and separates the native demo from the production binary, alongside deployment and documentation cleanup.

• Add an experimental static browser demo running the Go backend and SQLite in
  WebAssembly, with private per-tab data and reset on reload.
• Move the native demo out of the production binary. Run go run ./demo/native
  or npm run demo:native from a source checkout instead of pappice demo.
• Consolidate Docker Compose and binary/systemd deployment into
  one guide and a configuration reference, with small environment templates
  and complete deployment documentation in release archives.
• Make Docker's temporary filesystem writable by the application user and use
  the data volume for migration dry runs.
• Remove the bundled backup service and daily timer; scheduling is operator-managed.
  Keep the backup/restore CLI and document direct backups before upgrades.
• Update the logo and simplify the README and reference documentation.

No database migration is required when upgrading from v0.15.0.

Existing systemd installations: disable the retired backup timer with
sudo systemctl disable --now pappice-backup.timer and manage scheduling externally.

The browser demo is experimental: file transfers and outgoing email/webhook deliveries are unsupported. Build it from source with npm run build:browser.

Linux amd64 and arm64 archives are attached, each with a SHA-256 checksum.
