Changed the javadocJar task in kotlin-aws-lambda-runtime-client's build.gradle.kts file to improve the documentation generation. We now set the destinationDirectory directly, allowing for better directory management. Also added a unique archive base name based on the project's name to avoid conflicts with other potential artifacts.
