Install: download CoD-VR-Setup.exe and run it. It finds the game folder, installs the mod and can
hide the player's hands (made from your own game files). Run it again to update or uninstall.
Manual install: extract cod-vr-manual-install.zip into the game folder (where CoDSP.exe is).
Needs a 32-bit OpenXR runtime (Virtual Desktop, Quest Link or the SteamVR beta). See the README for
controls and settings.
