Autolith 0.36.2

Autolith 0.36.2 supersedes 0.36.1 with portable native release packaging fixes.

  • Linux x86-64 release builds use Ubuntu 20.04's host SBCL to preserve the archive's glibc 2.31 compatibility floor.
  • NetBSD release builds accept the version suffix used by pkgsrc SBCL packages.
  • macOS and BSD archive construction correctly represents the absence of a Linux libc identity.
  • The release includes the static Linux archives, unified authentication, recursive-inference activity, and runtime efficiency improvements introduced in 0.36.0.
