- Permits full-access shell commands to run from directories outside the active workspace.
- Produces fully static x86-64 and aarch64 musl archives, including both process sandbox helpers.
- Uses Rust 1.97.1 consistently throughout both musl release jobs.
- Raises the repeated identical tool-call limit to 16 while keeping storm-guard tests self-contained.
