feat: fetch genesis file from cli

Motivation

Read genesis file from kurtosis.
In order to do this, uncomment the following lines in the ethereum-package fork:

        "--network={0}".format(
            network
            if network in constants.PUBLIC_NETWORKS
            else constants.GENESIS_CONFIG_MOUNT_PATH_ON_CONTAINER + "/genesis.json"
        ),

Description

Add network arg to CLI.
Deserialize genesis file from the path provided by the network arg
