A graph-first control room for observing factory work. Select work, roles and connections to inspect their recorded context while keeping the global view.
Milestone 1 stories and dependency map records current evidence, remaining acceptance and next steps. The first milestone reads configured GitHub and local communication/status files, derives attention and generates copyable problem prompts for manual delivery.
- Milestone 1: Read-only factory graph.
- Milestone 2: Communicate back through the graph, after solid observation is released.
- Milestone 3: Operate the factory: select teams, communicate with responsible roles and request authorized work. This is a long-term direction, not current functionality.
Public documentation, repository and October 2026 logbook. PureScript, reproducible quality checks and text/diagram documentation are governing choices. Public roles and communication contracts are exposed; installation bindings and worker implementations stay private.
