Singular 0.10.1 — release binaries without test hooks

Singular 0.10.1 is a patch release of 0.10.0's singular registry and open-datum commands. The binaries built for release no longer contain the fault-injection hooks the project's own recovery tests use; those now live only in separately named test builds. Validators and command behaviour are unchanged.

What changed

• Ordinary builds carry no test hooks. The SINGULAR_HARNESS_* hold and drop points and the hidden trie diagnostic sit behind a default-off test-harness Cabal flag. singular and open-datum are built without it; singular-test-harness and open-datum-test-harness are the explicit test builds that keep them for the recovery controls. • verify-release checks the binaries themselves. Before running the journey it strips and inspects the compiled singular and open-datum executables and reads their resolved build flags; a binary that still carries hidden test inputs is refused as harness-code-present. (#343, #568)
• Test machinery: the rollback recovery controls inspect with the registry's own wallet, so its journal is reconciled; their node log parsing counts every adopted block; private development nodes keep recovery observations across restarts.

Or download singular-onchain-0.10.1.tar.gz and SHA256SUMS (it also covers singular-docs-0.10.1.tar.gz), run sha256sum --check SHA256SUMS, extract, and run bash verify-identities.sh.
2. Run Alice's story on a private development node with DEMO1.md in the archive: build singular, open-datum and devnet, then book, fold, update, terminate, reject and reclaim as separate processes.

Limits

• DEMO1.md receipts are evidence on a private development node only; no public run of Demo 1 is recorded in this release. The open-datum application protects the payload and the deposit, nothing more.
• The recovery, crash and race controls run in the test builds and do not claim to have run inside the release binaries.
