Snapshot: 7 October 2026. Main is 25c79a01, with successful CI, Registry and Conformance runs. This is the current delivery queue, not a product acceptance count. The milestone and demo page retain the coverage gaps left by CI restructuring.

Interface/client/replay PRs #390/#391/#392 and later #402/#410/#411 are merged. The fold-control and attach-window repairs #440/#434 are merged. Their source landings do not close #381/#383/#389 or the Demo 1 outcome.

The retired planning drafts #308 and #379 remain closed. The ordinary CLI landed through #319; persistent indexing #377 remains parked. Historical checks stay bound to their actual candidate; an old red PR head does not contradict green current main, and green current main does not validate an unpublished local candidate.
