Summary: Adds a crate-internal, read-only canary-ledger readback seam that accepts only the requested company GUID, identity-query commitment, and zero or one exact canary ledger. Raw response XML is redacted and never reaches commands, UI, or persistence. Test: cargo fmt --all --check; cargo test --locked -p bridge --lib tally::connection::tests::canary_readback_requires_exact_company_commitment_and_ledger_name; cargo clippy --locked -p bridge --all-targets -- -D warnings; compatibility gate; matrix markdown check; live-read boundary guard. Migration: none; no schema or sync behavior changes. Security: no Tally write path, raw Tally data, credentials, or broad export path added; changed Tally call uses the serial queue and single attempt. Rollback: revert this isolated commit; it has no command/UI/persistence consumer. Review checklist: serial queue requirement completed.
