The fields and service requirements that should follow the documentation of a TPT outcome need to be clearly implemented. For example, when the TPT outcome is recorded as ‘Stopped’, the system should prompt appropriate follow-up services for the client such as documenting reasons for discontinuation, scheduling TB screening or evaluation, and recording any clinical decisions or referrals. Relevant fields should be added to ensure complete tracking and continuity of care
