Enhancements
TB/HIV Management Enhancements

  • Auto-Population of TB Treatment Start Date: When “Yes” is selected for Are you currently on TB Treatment? the TB treatment start date field now auto-populates.

  • TB Status display on patient dashboard card: A new card on the patient dashboard displays the TB status at the last visit.

  • On the care and support form, implemented a logic to conditionally display/hide Clinically Evaluated field: The Clinically evaluated field will be hidden if the response to Specimen Sent Status is “No”.

  • Auto-Population of TB Tests: TB tests and results documented in the Care and Support form will auto-populate in the Laboratory Order and Result form.

  • Rename Date TPT Ended to Date of TPT Outcome.: Renamed the field date TPT ended to Date of TPT Outcome in the TPT monitoring section of the Care and Support form.

  • TB Completion prompt notification:

  • A Notification prompt will display for clients due for TB treatment completion.

  • Notifications will not display for clients with treatment outcomes such as Interruption in Treatment, Death, Transfer Out, or Treatment Failure.

  • Notifications will stop once TB completion is documented.

  • Clinical Notes Field: Introduced a Clinical Notes field in the Care and Support form.

Pharmacy Form Enhancements

  • Regimen Mapping Update: All previously missing ART regimens have been added and mapped correctly on the pharmacy form, ensuring accurate regimen selection and reporting to NDR.

Patient Information Enhancements

  • Transfer-In Baseline Data: Baseline information for transfer-in clients can now be documented successfully and will populate correctly in reports. The baseline information includes:
  • Date of TPT start
  • Date of art enrolment
  • Date of last viral load
  • ART Regimen at transfer-in

Laboratory Module/Form Enhancements

  • Select Test Field Update: Users are now able to make updates to the “Select Test” field successfully in the Lab Order and Result form.

Viral Load Order Validation:

  • The viral load order and result form will not save if the indication Confirmation (3–6 months after intense adherence counselling) is selected for a client without a documented EAC session.

  • Previous Data Retention: Previously documented information on the Lab Order and Result form will display when editing.

EAC Form Enhancements

  • Made "Post Viral Load Result" and "Post Viral Load Result Date" mandatory on EAC Outcome form to ensure complete tracking of post-EAC counseling viral load outcomes.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed issue where certain VA cause of death codes (e.g., V89 - Road Traffic Accident) were not displaying on the tracking form.

  • Resolved issue where "Date TPT completed" field was not auto-populating when "Ever completed TPT" was set to "Yes" on the Care and Support form.

  • Fixed issues where edited viral load samples were being excluded from LIMS manifest during LAMISPlus-LIMS integration after updates were made to VL Order Forms.

  • Improved tracking mechanism to ensure EAC session completion is properly recorded and monitored throughout the counseling process.
